Who will be qualified by God to lead in the end time.
Dan 11:32  And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the
people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits.

châzaq (strong)
BDB Definition:
1) to strengthen, prevail, harden, be strong, become strong, be courageous, be firm, grow firm, be
resolute, be sore

These are the ones that have a standing with God and not qualified by men. They have been in touch
with God, not only do they know his word, but also know how to move in the spirit. These have a
stature with God that is not based on education, wealth or popularity, but on faith and relationship.

Do you need an education to be greatly used by God? No!
Act 4:13  Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were
unlearned and ignorant men, they marvelled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been
with Jesus.

parrhēsia (boldness)
Thayer Definition:
1) freedom in speaking, unreservedness in speech
1a) openly, frankly, i.e without concealment
1b) without ambiguity or circumlocution
1c) without the use of figures and comparisons
2) free and fearless confidence, cheerful courage, boldness, assurance

agrammatos (unlearned)
Thayer Definition:
1) illiterate, unlearned

Thayer Definition:
4) in the NT, an unlearned, illiterate, man as opposed to the learned and educated: one who is
unskilled in any art

If you have an opportunity to get an education, I encourage you, but do you need one to be
a minister for the kingdom of God - NO YOU DON'T! Education and wealth can only take you so far,
but God is the one that qualifies the five fold ministry not man and that is where your strength comes
from. In this end time we must push to hear from God and have our steps ordered by him.

Have you said to yourself, "How will I know what to say when the time comes?"

Mat 10:19  But when they deliver you up, take no thought how or what ye shall speak: for it shall be
given you in that same hour what ye shall speak.
Mat 10:20  For it is not ye that speak, but the Spirit of your Father which speaketh in you.

merimnaō (thought)
Thayer Definition:
1) to be anxious
1a) to be troubled with cares

God will teach you what to say so don't be anxious and learn to move in the spirit. Those that lean on
their ability in the end time may have a very difficult time directing the flock not knowing the voice of
God and allowing him to speak through them. Their education may tell them to turn left, but they may
not see the danger. If they would have known the voice of God, they would know what direction to
take. Always remember this: Not my will be done, be bold, be strong.

Are you having a difficult problem with the Covid-19?
1Th 5:14  Now we exhort you, brethren, warn them that are unruly, comfort the feebleminded,
support the weak, be patient toward all men.

Thayer Definition:
1) fainthearted

Did your heart faint and you were scared? Don't be ashamed, welcome to human.

So where do we go from here? Trust in God's word and try to become stronger everyday. Talk
to God and confess that you need help and he will send it in one form or another. Those that are
strong are to be a support for those that are having trouble getting past the difficult times. Again I
say, "Don't be ashamed," pray for the leaders of the end time that they will hear from God and lead
the flock into the arms of Jesus when the time comes. Not everyone can lead, but everyone can
pray and all strong leaders will need your prayers. Just do the best you can, keep the faith, Jesus is
on the way.

Heb 13:8  Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.
